I grew up in Germany, studied in Switzerland, got married in Mexico, and came to work and live in California.
Back in Europe I used to commute by bike, here in America I started triathlon and road cycling for fitness. My interest in climbing by bike has led to a passion for the mountains and activities like hiking & backpacking, climbing & mountaineering, and more recently mountain biking.
